1 mile tire drag. You choose the equipment, the tire, and the surface. One step at a time. Stop as needed. Just you and the tire. That's all that matters. Just. Keep. Dragging.

REFLECTION: This was pretty terrible. I used a big tracker tire. I have no idea how much it weighed. But I wrapped 1 inch webbing around the tire attached to a chest/back harness. It was cold, windy, and awful. But thankfully, it wasn't raining. Always could be worse ya know. I'm not sure how many laps I did around this stupid building, but it was a lot. I tracked the distance on my Garmin 735xt and was beyond stoked when that little guy hit 1.00 indicating a mile. My legs hurt, my lungs hurt from the cold air, but it was worth it. Another challenge knocked out. Another month down. Another day stronger. Always keep pushing forward. One step at a time. That is what I was telling myself during the drag. One more step.
