JAN MONTH REFLECTION: This month was the start of the year and the start of our weekly challenges. Since Jan 1, 2018 we have completed five weeks of challenges including a morning routine, cold showers, eating two meals a day, the absence of the word f**K, and reading. I don't believe these were a large time constraint, or a burden. I believe these tasks made me more productive. I looked forward to them each morning (maybe not the cold shower every single day), and I had the feeling of self worth and accomplishment. Week 4, as we know, was a little rough and my first major failure of the weekly challenges. I continued that challenge into week 5 and had a lot better results. Certainly not perfect, but better. I want to ask you if any of these weekly challenges followed past their respective week? Did you keep the morning routine all month? Did you feel that eating two times a day made you feel better and wanted that to continue? Personally, I kept up with the cold showers with the exception of one day. This was the only one that really stuck with me. Every morning I drank about half a @Hydroflask immediately when I got up and made my bed. But I wouldn't call that an in depth morning routine. I want to hear what works for you though. What made you feel good this month, or bad? What challenges would you like to hear next month? This is a growing process for all of us, and I want to hear what is working for everyone, not just me.
I hope this month has been a good one, a successful one, and a motivating one. As we move into the short month of February, I have some good ideas floating around that I want us to all explore and I am excited to hear how you all feel about them! Congratulations everyone and good luck on next month!
