Throughout these four weeks, I've had the privilege to upgrade my vocabulary by learning a new word each day. I've researched six different religions. I've taken 2 hours out of my day to reflect on what's important and to clearly focus on my goals uninterrupted. And most recently, I've donated to a charity. It has been a great month and I've learned a lot throughout each week. This month I now am seeing it lacked some physical activity, but I'm sure I can make up for that tomorrow when we complete our monthly challenge. I have yet to decide what I'm doing! So stay tuned.
Mentally though, this month killed it. Constantly focusing my mind on what's important and continuing my quest to learn each and every day. Your ability to stay mentally sharp is the key to any success in life. I might train my body everyday (almost everyday) but you have to train the mind just as much to stay focused, and that's what we did this month.
As a reflection point, I did see an increase in people reaching out wanting to know more about what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. Which is really great to see. I'm glad people are taking interest and I'm glad my challenges are at least keeping people engaged in themselves. So that for me makes this month an awesome one!
