Hey Nerds.

Every week I will put a little something new to try on this blog. I will try each challenge myself and you're more than welcome to try it with me. Whatever it is, you have to do it only for a week. No long term commitments, no dreaded upkeep, just 7 days to test new possibilities that could potentially change your life. I'm not selling anything, not forcing you to do something, I just want to look at the world in as many eyes as possible and want you to do it with me!

Rules:

I set a general outline of the task for the week

I list it for all to see

You do it for one week (Monday -Saturday) Sunday is your day off!

You create your own model or steal mine

Put your best foot forward no matter the challenge

I will post about each challenge we do together. I will give you a post on Sunday before we start the challenge and give you a brief description on why I choose this specific challenge, what I hope to accomplish from this challenge, and what it might entail. Plus maybe some personal stories and additions.

At the end of the week I will give a reflection of how that week went. I will list my struggles, my successes, my thoughts, and anything else I believe is important to how that week went. I strongly encourage you to give your feedback as well. I want to hear your side of the story and I want your story to be shared. This should be an evolving page where we can all learn from each other and grow with one another. You can simply just reply to my post so we are all organized and know where to find all the information.

If you would like to start your own post of what you decided to do that week (if it was different from what I did) then please feel free! This will give us all ideas and lessons that we can take and learn from as well!

Every day we try to better ourselves in all of our own ways. This is just a platform where we can learn from each other and help each other grow in areas of health, wealth, intelligence, and overall betterment. Please engage and enjoy!
