Drink a gallon of water each day. 72% of our bodies are made of water. So let's help our bodies out this week. Each day we're going to be fully hydrated and carry around with us our bottle, jug, flask, whatever to get your fix. I've heard a couple of theory's about how drinking this much water can help or hurt you; depending on what article you read. So we'll call this our own experimental period. I want to hear how peoples bodies are affected and give your feedback.
My first assumption with this week will be the ever reoccurring visits to the bathroom. I think we will have more energy, and maybe a clear mental state, but I might be over reaching on that one. But I guess I will have to wait and see. Have a great week everyone!
