REFLECTION: So what part of your body hurt the most? My shoulders are what crushed me. I'm not sure exactly why, but my guess is from going down, doing the push up, then shooting my legs back up all being held up by my shoulders. Could be a mixture of movements though. Before I started the week, I thought my hips would be extremely tight after the week. My hip flexors were tight, but no where near the lack of mobility caused by doing a 1000 burpees straight. And oddly enough, my shoulders weren't tired at all when I completed that. It's interesting how the same exercise in different rep schemes and sets could have such a difference on how your body reacts. Or simply maybe from your body being in a certain type of shape rather in different parts of the year or training cycles.
On average, 100 reps took me about 7 mins a day. Not bad at all when you have 24 hours. I did film each day for your viewing pleasure and I'll edit the video and add that to my Instagram in the coming hours.
Overall, great workout and thanks to everyone who completed it with me! I am looking forward to another week!
Awesome dude!
