Devil's advocate on your own beliefs. Whatever you believe in most in this world, this week you will disagree with it. I'll give you an example. Say you believe in god and study Christianity (no pun intended) religiously. This week (humor me) you will disagree with those beliefs. Explore a different perspective to learn more about yourself and the alternative views this world may give us. If you have the ability to create arguments based on both points of view, imagine how strong your argument becomes; your belief becomes. Use this as power to help control your emotions, your knowledge, and your leadership. Find that one thing that you can't dream about thinking the opposite of and attack it. Good luck and take absolute charge of your life.

REFLECTION: This week was extremely difficult. I choose 'Timing is everything.' To me, it is, 100% in this world if you don't act. Timing can be related to our growing society, our jobs, our daily life, when you hit the mountains, when you ask a girl out, when you meet people on the street, when you hit traffic, where you are during a natural disaster, what you're wearing when things hit the fan, it doesn't matter. Timing is so ingrained in our lives that you can't get around it. You can't give me a scenario where timing won't matter. I can argue it. So you can understand how hard this week was when I couldn't believe in that simple fact. However, what did I learn? I learned that sometimes you need to slow down and appreciate that simple moment. Don't think about the past, don't think about the future. Take the moment you're in and don't think about how you got there, what factors went into that moment, just appreciate it. Take it how it is, and love yourself because you will never get that moment back. You can't. So cherish it. Realize how that moment is once in a lifetime and take every nugget you can from it. So that's what I tried to do this week. I failed many times. Over and over again. But I fell forward and learned. I started to see how moments define you and if you take them as you are, how powerful they can be.
Many of us are focused, driven individuals who care about the moment and the future. We have goals. Everyone should be just that. But sometimes, don't forget to live in the moment.
